These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Claim For Me ("we", "us", or "our"), a UK-based claims assistance company helping individuals over State Pension age apply for Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, and Blue Badge on a success-based (no-win-no-fee) basis.

By submitting a request for a callback, completing our forms, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

We provide non-legal advisory assistance, including:

  • Free initial eligibility assessment via phone or form submission.
  • Completion and submission of benefit application forms on your behalf.
  • Liaison with relevant authorities (DWP, local councils) where required.

We are not regulated lawyers or financial advisors. Final decisions on claims rest solely with the relevant government authorities.

2. No Upfront Fees – Success-Based Payment

There are no upfront or initial fees. Our fee is payable only if your claim is successful and you receive a payment award.

Our fee starts from £99 (depending on the benefit and award amount) and will be clearly agreed with you in writing before we proceed with your application. The fee is typically deducted from or covered by your backdated award.

If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing.

3. No Guarantee of Success

We cannot guarantee the success of any claim. Approval depends entirely on the relevant authority's assessment of eligibility and evidence provided.

We will use reasonable skill and care but accept no liability for unsuccessful claims or delays caused by third parties.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  • Supply any requested supporting evidence promptly.
  • Notify us of any changes in your circumstances.
  • Cooperate fully during the claims process.

Failure to do so may result in claim rejection (for which we accept no liability) or termination of our services.

5. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time by notifying us in writing.

If you cancel after we have submitted your application, you remain liable for our success fee if the claim is later approved.

We may terminate services if you breach these terms or provide false information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount of any fee paid by you.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities or delays outside our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
